I was pretty happy with the service and app until a technical glitch with the system prevented me to close the car even that it was exactly at the parking slot. This downgraded my trust to the tech part. But recently I had a call from a company saying that 9 month ago I rented a car and parked it on sidewalk because some private car took the parking and no parking was available in designated area. They charged me for that even so it was not my fault and ticket was outside of my rental period.

The basic service idea is nice, but the app has some problems. Can't view/download receipts from app. It just opens Google Drive (as PDF viewer? though it's not my default), which crashes. Problem unfixed in many months. Android 10. * No security. Anyone can start app. * I'd want to see: fuel percentage figure even while renting; km used and remaining until it starts charging per km. * Can't view car locations without GPS. I know where I want to look, don't force me to wait for GPS sync.

Thanks for your detailed feedback. Immediately after each end of use, an invoice and a receipt are sent via email (these days we're increasing the amount of saves to a year back).
As for the location, our system works on GPS and it must be synchronized with the app all the time. Disabling GPS will prevent the use of the vehicle,

The registration doesn't work for international numbers. It supposed to, but you can't insert the whole number and therefore can't register.
